They were out the window from the beginning, the only reason it has been brought up lately is because Mayweather Sr. has been ****ing with Jr.'s head and openly stated he DOESN'T want his son to fight Pac so they're playing this game to deceive the public into thinking Pac has steroids and not ask for this match to happen. They don't want the fight anyway and it's obvious. First it was money %, then gloves, weight and now this weight nonsense. Pac agreed to give them whatever they wish to satisfy the testers and Mayweather but DOESN'T want to one day before the fight because it affects him physically, different bodies react different to certain things. He manned up to make the fight March 13, nearly 4 months ONLY after his major/serious fight with Cotto yet you think he's not man enough for a test?. Mayweather is trying to implement new rules in professional boxing and that's pissing Pac off because they're OBVIOUSLY calling him a cheater indirectly. Pac owes none of those anything, he owes tests after a fight like all other professionals fighters do and he came out clean in all 55 fights.
