Im in pre law and it is called due diligence. Lawyers are supposed to do that. At least, if they are good.

    Wrong.

Lawyers one way or another they will do the best to defend their clients, guilty or not. Pac's lawyers probably does not really care if Pac was indeed using PEDs or not, they just want Pac to get the best deal within the legal system.

And this is not a court case you loon. There is nothing wrong with lawyers making sure they cover everything, during their dicsussion behid the scene.

No I understand. And its true that Lawyers like to cover all bases, which is why they would want to know from PAC if he was on something. Look Trax is saying that they would be so crossing the T's and dotting the I's but are totally unaware of whats going on. That is a moronic line of thinking. Then he brings in situations of criminal cases where Lawyer want to know what they can get. But the problem with that is people on a jury are subjective, just like the judges in a fight. A Blood test isnt. If you got a job today and they wanted you to go down and test if you were dirty you would worry about alot more **** then if you were clean. If you clean your excited and ready to work, if you dirty you call and ask if the results can back yet. There is a huge differrence. Right now it appears that Manny is making that call and not excited about the fight.:hey

And as a pre-law student you should also know that Lawyers need to know as much about the case as the client does. If not they cant defend that client to the best of his abilities. Most lawyers dont give two ****s about thier clients but they do care about thier record, and as such they would want to know EVERYTHING so they can win the case. Only a simpleton would think that they dont know one way or the other about whats going on with Pac.

Some of you have no idea how big $$ contracts and legal issues are addressed/reviewed. Heres another simple example for you: purchasing a large business, you need to become informed about the specifics of the transaction, which is usually done by your lawyer. Theres a whole laundry list of details and such that your lawyer will review/inquire about/present back to you. Most of the stuff doesnt or will never apply to your situation however, your lawyer is still obligated to present to you all variables involved. If you have a good lawyer, they will look at everything and look into the what if's. Again, even if they will have no applicability to you.

Its less about assumption of guilt, more about covering all possible corners due to the $$$ involved.

Youre talking about personal stuff that a lawyer/rep should know, like if Pacs using PED's? A lawyer or rep wouldnt or shouldnt know that if its occurring. Pac and those close to him would be covering it up. You think his lawyer knows how many times he jerks off per day? Its a business contract. His lawyer needs to know how to give Pac the best business contract and inform him of all possible scenarios, good or bad. He cant just leave **** out or not ask questions because "he thinks he knows Pac is clean". Thats not how contracts work, once again, especially when theres big $$$ involved and theres accusations about PED use. The lawyer/rep better address any and all **** associated with it from a contractual point.

Their trippin. Their saying Manny disclosed the fact that he is using PED's to his lawyers? I don't think so. If someone was accused of Murder you think they would admit that **** to their lawyers if they actually did it? Lawyers ask these questions because they have to. If Pac did admit that he used PEDs to his lawyers, he just gave them power of attorney over his career. I don't think Pac or anyone in their right mind would do that..

This is why the media loves to give this type of stuff to the lay public. They will eat this up because they are simpletons. They have no comprehension about what occurs during meetings/discussions of this sort. Give them a little snippet of something that was said/discussed that they cant understand fully, and its gold for the media.
