I don't always agree with Mayweather! However, PBF can still make money somewhere else.. probably about 20 mil with ppv's and stuff versus Mosley... heek he can even fight Cotto and they can throw in the angle about possibly being cheated by Pacquiao

Yep, Pac is an idiot for doing this if he's clean. If this is the case, passsing the stringent, golden standard blood testing regiment would have been his perfect chance to prove once and for all, he's clean.
If he's juicing, however, his reponse is perfectly understandable.
Expect Pac to get off the roids, take the easier Paulie fight and resume talks with Mayweather when his system is clean. This is exactly what PBF wants (to fight a clean opponent), so Pac will still be playing according to Floyd's tune.

Initially I thought maybe Floyd may have something to do with the hold up but in the past 2 weeks as the details emerged, I think that Floyd's request of random drug testing (which is being administered by an independent 3rd party) is no more unreasonable than Manny's $10 million dollar penalty for showing up overweight.

He's never subjected any other fighter to that ridiculous penalty, and the fact that Floyd complied with it suggest that he's the difficult negotiator. Floyd's request is certainly a first but on a large measure its not really unreasonable.

Fighters can show up overweight to a fight, it happens. Its unprofessional but certainly forgivable. Fighters shouldnt be using performance enhancing drugs in the first place.

I seriously doubt that Manny is a cheater, he's never tested positive in the past and should be given the benefit of the doubt but his reluctance is not giving anybody any comfort and therefore I do not buy his $40 million dollar excuses.

The ball is in his court

Pacquiao is a lying piece of ****. He's a proven cheater as he has cheated on his wife. Hopefully he has never cheated the sport of boxing. I can't believe I used to admire this scumbag.:verysad

OHman he must have been terrified when he voluntarily subjected himself to being needled to get tattooed, another lame excuse from a pathetic fan, hes not scard of needles hes scard of being exposed as the cheater everyone now knows he is
