My thing is if this inside source has revealed this information to Tim Smith of the NY Daily News, why is it not a big breaking news or getting enough media attention? Why is the mainstream media picking up on this? How accurate is the source? GBP would have easily revealed this information to prove Pacquiao was on steroids/HGH. But they did not. Why don't GBP release an official statement on the "penalties if Pac was tested positive". But GBP in their last statement stated that they or Team Mayweather have never accuse Pacquiao of using steroids/HGH. Why in the world would Arum and Team Pacquiao continue with the lawsuit if the above information was true? It don't make sense.

It's getting attention now (Arum questioned on it this morning, more new articles), after I posted a 5 day old article here on ESB.

Small victory in my otherwise pathetic existence :rasta

Because its either not a reliable source, or because they all know (GBP/ARUM/Mayweather Team) that this **** is being discussed FOR BOTH SIDES. Very possible that if this was truly brought up, that Team May reps/lawyers also inquired as to the penalities if caught---BECAUSE ITS ALL PART OF THE PROCEDURE FROM A GOOD REP/LAWYER TO KNOW THE INS AND OUTS AND WHAT IFS OF THE CONTRACT, WEATHER THEY WILL APPLY TO THEIR CLIENT OR NOT.

I have said all along this has to do with EPO and not anabolic steroids or hGH.

Pacquiao not wanting the strict blood testing is very telling. They are afraid of something.

Arum vehemently denies these allegations on scene of boxing

They're not going to believe you buddy. They probably don't even know what due diligence means.

They question PAC'S refusal to bow down to ****ing unprecendented and unwarranted demands, yet they don't question, even for a moment what the premise is behind Juniors camp's **** disturbing antics. Otherwise, why would they find it NOT odd that Juniors camp, who are now claiming to be advocates of stricter drug testing and at the same time proclaim to be looking out for the protection of the fighters HAVE YET TO FILE FOR A ****ING PETITION to change the laws.

Doesn't that make one wonder? I for one will question the reasoning behind their actions, if after all thats said and done, after all the damage they've caused, that they don't push through with the change they're so focused on. I will then conclude that Juniors fears far outweigh his confidence to fight and even beat PAC, thereby adding yet another fighter to his list of DUCKS. That by singling out PAC with accusations of ROID use, under the premise of more stringent drug testing, they're real intent was to ruin his reputation. Why? Because Golden Fraud Promotions has a bone to pick with PAC for picking TOP RANK instead of them. Yup, makes sense to me. Now some may say that I'm just blowing **** out of my ass, but I reserve the right to assume and speculate until they FILE THAT ****ING PETITION!!

How is Pacquiao's team so quick to sue the Mayweathers, then shows NO intent of suing Tim Smith?

Arum says "We're done with this. They are a bunch of real sleazebags. We're going to move on and let them move on and go back into their holes"

If this is completely fabricated, why let them "move on", why not add them to the laundry list of people to sue?

Arum is as Jewish as they come. He's even turned Pac into a Jew.

    lets not sue Tim Smith
    lets not sue Paulie Malignaggi
    lets not sue Kermit Cintron
lets not sue David Mayo, the interviewer who asked Floyd Sr. if he believed Manny was on performance enhancers

If anything makes Pac look suspicious its him jumping to the defamation lawsuit

You're using the same stupid argument that many are "Floyd thinks he's above the NSAC"..."Floyd is using this to duck Pacquiao"...etc etc etc.

There are dozens and dozens of boxers, trainers, reporters and millions of fans questioning Manny's rapid ascent to superstardom and superhuman muscle/body development over the past two years. Floyd is offering Manny a chance to squash this by agreeing to all of Manny's ridiculous stipulations and insisting on this one from him. Would you willingly get into a street fight if the other guy was wearing brass knuckles? Floyd simply wants to ensure that everything is fair and is asking Manny to do the same. Why can't you understand that, sweetie? Want a hug?
