Valid point, but big difference:

FACT - Floyd came in overweight and didn't even try to lose it, meaning he intended all along to come in overweight. Especially wrong as his opponent had to come up 9lbs.

NOT A FACT - That Pac is on PEDs, as he has passed every test previous test done by NSAC. This whole roids issue has come about from Floyds crack head dad, Jr and GBP. Maybe pac should take the tests, maybe he shouldn't be dictated by Floyd. But thats the difference between the two.

But heres the thing, Pac based his conditions on FACT, Floyd didn't,
