No, you just don't understand what I'm saying. You think you know what you're asserting about the lawsuit but you don't. I do, which is why I said what I said.

It's not about whether or not Team Mayweather absolutely knew that Pac wasn't taking PED's, it's their blatant disregard for whether or not he was in making their reckless statements repeatedly.

A concerted effort was made to try to smear Pac or force him to negotiate based upon bad faith, IMO, by Team Mayweather. There's more to defamation law than just "they didn't know it was 100% false." That's what I was saying.

 

The $75,000 is a nominal figure, not the award. If Pac wins, the judge would award a higher figure and to pay Pac's 7 figure legal costs. PBF was broke before the Marquez fight and is laughably bad with money..he must be a little worried

 

Point is, Pac and his team gave the green light and were ready based on current NORMAL professional rules, they never asked for anyone to implement new rules for ONE fight.

Mayweather admitted boxing's only problem is it's complications with all the belts, negotiations, catchweights and so on. Why add MORE complications to it by asking for new rules?, boxing obviously can't afford more complications. If they agree to do that for this fight then all other guys will ask the same and there we have a new rule introduced with more complications and bull****.

Pacquiao didn't dedicated his LIFE for his career by literally putting his health/life on the line going in that ring and wacking BIGGER dangerous opponents as the underdog to be downgraded by WORDS from someone else. He has dignity and respect for his accomplishments obviously. Despite all the hate for Roach from the Mayweather camp he never EVER hinted they are cheaters nor **** on their accomplishments not even for ONE SECOND.

 

Mayweather is an @sshole who thinks he and his guys can just say and do whatever the f*ck they want. Including smear Pacquiao. It's time for that sh*t to stop.
