Give it up already...He should have at least to the test to prove he's innocent...You cant tell me jack **** about the system...Hell, if he would have prove the allegation to be false then you could talk...Manny not even trying to take the test...So how is suppose to win...He's brought up the lawsuit so he needs to prove the accusation.

Holla at me when Manny has a legit case! Have you heard of freedom of speech?

In all honesty, I think Pac would have no problem proving that what Senior said is false. All tests that he passed with NSAC are evidence of his clean record.

The hard fight for him would be whether what Senior said is protected by the law or not. If what Senior said is opinion and is thus protected by the law, then he doesn't have a case even if he has an easy time proving that he is clean.

Good for him. He should file a lawsuit because there is no basis for him taking steroids outside of "Well, he beat the **** out of some bigger guys".

he doesn't have to prove if anything is true or false (in a way), he has to prove if the defendants made false statements, knowing they were false, with the intent to damage the claimant

What he's done in the past means jack ****! Have you ever heard of the phrase...what have you done for me lately???

Do you understand that people outside of this boxing forum has doubt about Manny's story given on how he's constanly changing his view about this matter...All bull**** and joking aside my man...Its got to the point were people are really starting to take notice to these accusations...With Manny sueing and not willing to take the blood test only bring more suspicion to Manny and his camp...If you dont think it is then take a look at what being disscussed day in and day out.

Also with Manny refusing to be test will be kinda of hard on Manny given that its his word vs Floyd Sr. word...Its going to get thrown out buddy! Always has if the accusor case isnt solid enough....Also to add on top of that...Manny is looking very suspect with him filing a lawsuit and not taking the test!

    And for Floyd's next megafight?

    Matthew Hatton.

Says it all. I like to see him retire on that blockbuster.

Did Floyd Sr. accuse Pacquiao of being on steroids without any proof? Did this affect Pacquiao's image and/or income potential?

Yes and yes, so pay up sucka!

By the time this lawsuit is over, Oscar will be working for Pacquiao
