In all honesty, I think Pac would have no problem proving that what Senior said is false. All tests that he passed with NSAC are evidence of his clean record. The hard fight for him would be whether what Senior said is protected by the law or not. If what Senior said is opinion and is thus protected by the law, then he doesn't have a case even if he has an easy time proving that he is clean.
Good for him. He should file a lawsuit because there is no basis for him taking steroids outside of "Well, he beat the **** out of some bigger guys".
he doesn't have to prove if anything is true or false (in a way), he has to prove if the defendants made false statements, knowing they were false, with the intent to damage the claimant
