Cotto would have no chance in hell.

Prime Mosley vs Floyd would have been a good one.

Manny has the best chance, sure.

    Listen carefully pal.
Diego Corrales, an Undefeated Hatton, who was your hero until that fight.
Castillo. ODH a future HOF that PBF had to accept the fight on ODH terms. ODHs gloves, ring size, weight.
I know youn dont like the flashy style of PBF, but he will beat anyone out there. :good

Welterweight is a spent force nowadays, a shadow of what it was, not many people. Berto/Shane winner immediately comes to mind. Let's see what happens with that. Shane is at that age where one fight could show drastically how much the dude has aged in one year. Hopefully that doesn't happen but it could.

I'm not sure we should dismiss Cotto out of hand. I wouldn't pick him to win; but he's never lost or shown any signs of losing to anyone who doesn't come looking to run him over. At his best, he's not particularly vulnerable to coutners, he doesn't leave himself wide open on the way in, he's accurate, fast enough and imposing enough to close PBF down at times. I think he'd have a decent shot.

Your remarks regarding Mosely are bang-on! Besides the fact that Berto and Shane fight at the end of next month kind of rules them out of a fight with Mayweather 7 weeks later, doesn't it?

We'll never know because Floyd won't fight them but Martinez, Williams, Mosley and Pacquiao all have a realistic shot at beating him. Also people need to stop talking about Mosley's losses, the man was moved into weight classes too high for himself to get money fights against Oscar and he fought the best in those divisions. What do you think Floyd's record would be if he fought Vernon Forrest twice, Winky Wright twice, Vargas twice, a prime Oscar twice and a pre-Margarito Miguel Cotto? Stop talking about Floyd like he's God. Shane would beat Corrales, Castillo and Hatton easily.
