No way on that 225 lb curl. That's how much weight I used to warm up on my bench press.

That's before I ditched that exercise.

Sorry dude, but that needs a video post for proof just like I would have to post a video on a one arm handstand pushup I am working up to thanks to the Convict Conditioning book.

I did 50 push ups in a row for the first time the other night. Mind you, I never really stuck to a body weight regime until now otherwise that wouldn't be an achievement but I'm feeling ****ing great about it.

and Oh, I can also touch my toes

  8. I know I can do more than 80 push ups but havent went past that yet. I'm going to attempt 100 tomoz. Probably 45% confident of making it respectably. But oh well.

BTW I have much respect for pro atheletes who can push the barriers on training feats. It takes a very strong mind to take on goals like that.

Yeah i know, but what i'm saying is most people don't believe he can do it until they see it, same as what we're saying here.

I know, but I know I can do it, and that's the only thing that matters at the end of the day.

It's a pull up so you'd have to add 126 pounds (his bodyweight).

You've already admitted you can't curl that much weight. You can do a cheat curl, using momentum. This is done by people in the general public who like to brag about their numbers but can't really do the actual lift with an appreciable amount of weight.

Cheat curls can be used to break platues if used correctly. But most people, like yourself, just try to look cool with overblown numbers.

    Weighing 86 kg (189.5 lbs)
Bench 125 kg x 2 (265 lbs) Properly touched chest with bar
Squat 150 kg x 1 (330 lbs) Thighs parallel to ground
Curl 27.5 kg each hand once though i must admit at sticking point i leaned back. (60.5 lbs)

Curling 225 lbs? F@# me thats rediculous.
