First off...How is Mayweather Jr or GBP is going to get prosecuted when it was Sr. that stated his opinion? This is some funny **** here!

And if Manny really wants to clear his name...what the big deal of taking the test...He's only making it worse as far as his lawsuit goes...If he was being serious about it I think the passing of the test would give him a little bit more leverage in the court of law...as of now...Manny **** out of luck with his lawsuit...Two things...He's suing the wrong parties and with him rejecting the test...how is he going to prove himself if he hasnt took any kind of test...Please dont give that " he's past them in the past" because that doesnt mean nothing...Prime example...look at Mosley! This entire situation is funny to me. The fact that JMM/DLH/Ricky didn't need to be tested before fighting Floyd is funny to me. That's enough reason not to take the test.

No matter what happens nothing can be un-said. PEDs are always 2 steps ahead of the testers. Those that believe he's on PEDs will say he beat the test and those that say he didn't will use it as confirmation.

The NSAC really needs to step in and get this cleaned up and make their own set of rules regarding blood testing.

 

Yeah and Margarito was cleared to fight for every fight for his entire career without any issues with illegal Handwraps. But an asute trainer in Nazim Richardson, spotted something that would have went largely unnoticed.

At the end of the day its a drug test. Plain and simple. There is nothing in Floyd's request that would impede Manny's training camp or give any advantage to Floyd since, he himself must undergo the same testing.

It makes for more sense for Manny Pacquaio to just take the test than it does for Floyd to rescind his conditions this late in the game.

 

If that is enough reason not to take the test, then Manny's career is effectively over. No *CLEAN* elite fighter will face him without requesting a blood test. His career is over.

The NSAC doesn't need to do anything. They can't afford to do anything. Testing is paid for the them or the promoters. Blood testing is so expensive that to request it for all fights would be foolish and impractical. This is Manny's issue.

Take the test!!!

I said the Mayweathers because all the Mayweathers although they did not say it directly they IMPLIED that Pacquiao is on something.
Paragraph 28 states that GBP's CEO said that "he is sure that Pacquiao was using PEDs." That's a strong claim.

GBP- the company itself will not be harmed in the process but the CEO and it's president will be harm(not literally) in the process.

I'm not gonna pick a fight with you. I really think that what the Mayweathers (Sr) did was just disgusting and low. If you strongly believe that Pacquiao doesn't not have a case then it doesn't matter to me.

Once again, I'm not against the test. Heck, Manny Pacquaio wasn't even against the test. Pacquiao proposed to be tested 3 times. First during the day the fight is going to be finalized. Second, 30days before the fight and random urine tests during the 30 days gap before the fight. Third, after the fight in Pacquiao's locker room. He just wanted the blood test to be 30 day before the fight it's the same with Hatton (Pacquiao gave blood on the 28th of April before the fight with Hatton).

 

Why is Manny singled out? Why hasn't any other fighter been blood tested? But Manny is being asked to? It's a joke. Floyd doesn't make the rules and he doesn't have to give in to Floyd.
