Everything has to do with your mind, and how effects you MENTALLY. Some people...NO matter what could be at perfect peace. While things are around them falling apart: Vehicle, relationships, job, etc they could have peace. Others in the same scenario would end up in the insane asylum. Some may commit suicide. This is how your mind works, and your thoughts work. It's all about your outlook on life. This is EVERYTHING in life! This also applies to boxing. *IF* you think your beaten...You pretty much are. If you think taking blood makes you weaker...You are! If you think it doesn't...IT doesn't! Your mind is a very powerful thing. This is why you may see a skinny kid who gets all the chicks, is very confident (though it seems he has no reason to be to a lot of people), and yet...You'll look at a buff, good looking guy, and he doubts himself more than most, and won't have any chicks. Skinny guy is confident. Buff guy has doubts that show. People notice. Life is what you make it, but the most important part of your body would be your mind. Without it what would make you different than say...a Brick? Two objects that look different, but you can't move, can't think, can't talk, you got NOTHING.
My wife and I recently gave blood, and I felt nothing. She complained of being light headed and dizzy though. So it must effect people differently.
You are wondering? That video, which was taken on 2005, in looking in the context of of this whole drug test controversy, is meant to prove that indeed, Pacquaio even back in 2005, believed that a blood test close to his fight would affect his performance. It might be an excuse, but it doesn't take away the fact that HIS PERCEPTION about blood testing so close to a fight will weaken him is well documented even in the past, and not just a random excuse not to take the random blood test as required by Mayweather.
Yeah, it does. A co-worker donated blood and hours later complained about being weak, light headed and said she felt like she was gonna pass out. Her husband ended uping having to pick her up and take her to the hospital. Various people in the building that day donated blood and were all good.
Officially the last stupid comment for 2009. Both Pac and Erik are great warriors. Erik's win over Pac was in no way a fluke. The second and third wins over Morales came after Morales had already lost to Zahir Raheem. What more proof do you want he was on the downslide? If Manny lost to Paulie Malignaggi would you say Paulie is a great fighter or Pacquiao is on the downslide? I'm Mexican and respect Pacquiao he's actually one of my top 3 favorites, but Morales deserves as much respect as Manny and it was his last great performance. He hasn't had a significant win since. I give him credit for Cotto, Hatton, and Marquez is clearly his equal unless he actually beats him and by that I mean dominate him like Floyd did or knock him out. Manny is the younger, stronger, and faster one and would be the favored to win he's looked alot better, but predicting and insinuating is not the same as it actually happening. I know Pacquiao is your man and want to give him credit for everything, but if you have any brains you know damn well Morales wasn't his best after he lost to Raheem.
pac was unable to use his PEDs for the Morales I fight because he had to do a blood test 2 days prior. That's why he will not allow it against Mayweather.
You have something like 8 pints in your body, and they usually take a pint. So, they took 1/8 of the blood in your system at once. You might have not got lightheaded (I have before), but looking at those stats...WOuld you be surprised if people did?
So, because of the this video, NOW, you believe Pacquaio has been using steroids for the past 5 years? I think this old video supported Pacquaio's stance on random blood test close to his fight.
Everytime I have given blood for various tests (probably 5 times) It's usually 2 viles, I'd say like.... 2 tablespoons each. Sometimes I had bruises and my arm was a little harder to bend where they took it. They have missed the vein and ****ed it up once too. The worst I ever felt was a little light headed and had some vision white out. I have seen people pass out though, and throw tantrums, and just not do it. Everyone reacts differently, and it is completely plausible that Manny can feel weakened by giving blood. It's not urine, it's circulating providing oxygen to your entire body.
Dose any one else think that not eating or drinking might have had an adverse affect? Also That fight was also in Las Vegas. and he wants to trust the same NSAC to do the tests when by his own words they seem to be incompent?
Go tell my brother that, I don't give a ****. He isn't the only one, it's common. I don't think you're even qualified to judge him, considering he served this country for 5 years, while you served up some **** talk on an internet forum. Way to be as cyber tough as possible. Why don't we log onto World of Warcraft and then you can shoot fireballs at me and tell me how owned I am, you moron. You kids don't intimidate or insult anyone, you just look like you're uneducated cyber bullies. You are a laughing stock.
If the reason he did not stop or beat Morales was due to the fact that Morales was a good boxer him self with a very good chin?
