Both sides are too blame. And it's mostly the promoters/managers not the fighters.

The latest reason Pac will not comply with Floyd's request
    http://www.examiner.com/examiner/x-...on-why-Pacquiao-does-not-want-his-blood-drawn

Well well well, whats the next possible excuse going to be from either Pac or his Team, soon we can write a book about the different excuses. So far none of Manny's excuses hold water, with enough reason to let this fight slip. If this was a true reason it would have been said straight away. At worst he might not like the idea of the random testing, but even that reason at this point in time is ridiculous because there are many more reasons he should take the tests.

1 - his reputation and legacy are taking a huge beating
2 - im sure every1 around him (family/friends/fans) that he care about him are copping it left, right & centre which im sure he hates
3 - by now the motivation of proving his innocence to the world must be very very high(think about it)
4 - if he ever really wanted to fight Floyd, he should so badly want to flog the living shitt out of him now
5 - the enormous amount of money on offer
6 - the pressure from so many fans to want to see him take on Floyd is at its highest, and he has always stated that he wants to do the right thing by the fans and boxing
7 - if the fight went ahead at this stage, & he won, there would be a cloud over him still & the win which im sure is something he doesn't want
8 - if he goes ahead with the tests, especially if he wins(isn't a must), it could only work in his favour more for his court case.

What have i missed, im sure there's probably more reasons. Does somebody fair, clean, honest, good bloke lol, honestly need more reasons for motivation to actually go ahead with these simple tests? U have to ask yourself, a fan or not a fan, biased or unbiased??????

I have a feeling that the amount of blood drawn in early 2005 was probably more then they need to take this time, as the amount need these days, a little spoon (has been medically proven to be recouped/recovered in up to an hour), so again the excuse is a joke.

I honestly think that if he really wants the fight, that this all isn't just to build up the fight for march 13 or later, and that he is really clean/has nothing to hide, that the fight should get done and he hopefully gets tested properly. An expert should be able to work out an appropriate cut off date and b4 that date it should be random for both other-ways there is no point in testing what so ever.

    No option for Floyd Sr!?

He is the source of this mankind ****. We all know that he said that directly to the media without any proof at all.

Now all the stupid media paparazzi is making it worst + the angered emotion of the fans. [*insert facepalm here*]

Mayweather obviously, they had far too many demands even before the testing came up. Money, gloves, weight and now they want olympic rules implemented in a professional fight. It's obvious they DON'T want that fight and never wanted it, Pacquiao was ready and accepted the fight immediately despite fighting nearly one month ago against a solid opponent where he came out with swellings and an injured ear. Pac had ZERO demands, the Mayweather camp approached them with insults and disrespect.

****ing Paulie Mallinagi. As far as i am concerned he's the loud mouth who first made that billergerent comment about Pac taking hormones and stating that he got this information from 6ft 4 professional Bodybuilders (the tallest IFBB pro is recorded at 6ft1). The ****.

I'm a fan of both, but both (And their camps) are to blame!! The fact is $25-$40 million and the chance of achieving true greatness, (the kind of greatness that allows your name and your feats to echo through the ages!) has not been enough to get these guys into a ring!! No matter which way you look at it, neither comes out of this with as much respect as they had before negotiations began!! The winner of this fight would be revered by fans of boxing in 100 years time when both Floyd and Manny would be long gone (Just like the greats that fought 100 years ago are revered by us today)!! Neither of these guys wants $25-$40million and a shot at immortality? That is to their detriment!!
