    Thanks very much for your assistance today mate, I very much owe you one and if I can help you with anything in the future just let me know. Fellow forum users, this man has the answers to most of your questions. Its up to scrap if he wishes to identify himself but his knowledge and experience is undoubtably the most extensive on ESB.

    Truly eye opening today was.... Spending the day with one of British boxings greats.

    Won't be forgotton.

    Scraps strength isn't typing on the internets so it can be hard to figure out sometimes what he is saying. But more then worth the time to have a go sorting it out. :thumbsup

    Im old School, Love Fighters they are my best Freinds.Trained lots of Champions, but 10 years ago took a back seat and went in search of Knowledge and to find the Truths. Doesnt matter who I am if it makes sense and Micky Mouse is saying it its still sense. Most of the Time Im mixing these Days with Proffs and Doctors, who call me there ideas man. At the moment I train 2 Fighters. These Days I invent, Love the site, Got some good Guys on it impressed with Bodie :good and Jeff has a Great attitude :hi:
