D-Train was fun to watch. I think he would do a number on Etiennes brittle chin because he liked to bring it, although I have no clue how Etienne beat Lamon Brewster so who knows. Id still go with Jefferson in an entertaining fight.

    Jefferson by KO?UD?
How about Jefferson's chin?Do you trust it?

About the Brwster fight,no to take credit away from Etienne but Lamon tore his ligaments in his leg in that crazy 1st round.

Yeah I dont remember seeing that fight. They were probably evenly matched, Jefferson swung for the fences, you gotta love the guy, so definitely the fight ends in a KO, but I think I would pick Jefferson. You ever see his fight with Mo Harris? One of my favorite heavyweight fights ever.

    With Maurice Harris?Yeah,extreme exciting.As a matter of fact I can't name a boring Jeferson fight(that I saw).
Same goes for Etienne. His fight with Clay-Bey was excellent aswell.
I don't think Jefferson had such a good chin on him either, think he punched harder but Etienne had a better offensive output.
Just wanted some opinions on this.Would have been a FOTY.

Jefferson just got hit so dam cleanly because he was a sloppy mess, but he still went for the KO.
Both guys got knocked out by the bigger punchers they faced, thats why its a pretty close matchup.
I remember the Clay Bey fight. They were talking about him as a Tyson opponent, and he blew it against Etienne . That fight was almost completely on the ropes if I recall correctly. Clay Bey was a touted olympian but couldnt keep himself in shape.

Jefferson's last fight with Williamson is another classic he had.Immediately after getting knocked down, gets up and lands a monster right to hurt Williamson before he got stopped.
Don't know what was in Etienne's mind when he signed to fight Tyson, altough Mike was way past it logic would have told you he would always come up on top.Did expect Etienne to do better than he did after a pretty good showing against Botha.

Yes I remember reading a Ring magazine once that fight was signed that Etienne was the one who was going to expose Tyson for what he was at that time. Personally I didnt think Etienne would make it out of the first round.
