Anybody else see Briggs having his recent comeback fight reversed to ND from first round knockout for testing positive for a banned substance? The fight was early in Decemeber. Boxrec quotes him after the fight as saying "I don't feel my career is fullfilled until I knock out the Klitschkos for the count!"

...Using a banned substance against Marcus McGhee but he's going to knockout both Klitschkos now, like he said he'd do before losing to Sultan Ibragimov. Shannon, Shannon, Shannon. He's the same age as Vitali by the way. I bet he'd do a lot better than Kevin Johnson.

He may try a little harder than Johnson but I doubt he'd last the distance like Johnson did. Briggs sucks people, get over it already!

Briggs is slow. I don't mean slow like an old Foreman. I mean slow... like molasses. He is slow and he hardly throws any punches. His stamina sucks, his chin is fair at best, he's easy to hit... should I keep going?

He's a big strong guy with power. That is all.

When he was under 230Lbs. he was pretty good but those days are long gone.

On his best day he'd never stand a chance vs. either Klitschko.

Klitschko can pump all the roids he wants...he can do the marquez thing of drinking pee..but drink manny pac's pee instead to get some "residual" it still wont help...

Briggs supposedly lost 80 pounds leading up to that fight and he didnt look like he was in great shape. He must of been pretty big. If he could get himself into shape he may be fun to watch for a couple rounds. He would certainly try harder than the likes of Kevin Johnson. Someone would get knocked out, most likely Briggs.

Even more, in his best days he was lucky to get a draw with Botha.

For the round or two that the fight actually lasts, yes.

 Briggs is funny to me. When he's not talking about his career he sounds like such a nice down to earth guy, but when you have him about his career he starts saying things like how he's going to knockout both Klitschkos and blah blah blah. Completely full of crap.

I agree, most of you are full of the stuff.

None of you have seen Shann in the sparring ring giving all he has like I have. He is fast and will slice up anyone in his path. Just becuse he didn't rush Mcgee and tear him to pieces right away doesnt mean he doesn't have it in him. He does.

Jeremy...nothing for nothing, but...you don't think Shannon's just hyping himself up a little bit? Honestly? I didn't say he didn't have heart but do you think he's serious that at 38 he's going to try and knockout both Klitschkos when the last guy of note he beat was Lyakhovich in '06? You don't think he's just promoting himself with some ballyhoo bs? Come on, buddy. We're full of it for assuming that? Are we full of it to assume Holyfield's campaign to become undisputed HW champ again isn't legit too?
