This would be a complete schooling. Floyd too fast for him.

Cotto would have a chance to win. I doubt Floyd would fight him.

Nah, actually it's a challenging style matchup for Floyd. I'd probably favor him, but I could see Cotto winning.

A chance of what? Floyds tripping and knocking himself out as he tried to get into the ring? That sort of 1 in 1 billion chance?

Not at all. If you understand style matchup's you'd give Cotto a lot more credit in this fight.

A challenging style matchup for Floyd? A fighter with little defense, whos not particularly fast, and who isnt that powerful either? Really?

Cotto has solid defense. Not powerful?

    Castillo wasn't particularly fast either.

Castillo was 8 years ago when Floyd was still a kid and not nearly as experienced nor BIG has he is now.

Cotto's defense is extremely porous, and **** if he couldnt hit Clottey, how would he hit Floyd.

Put it this way, remember Floyd laying against the ropes against Marquez and laughing at him as he tried to land a punch. That'd be Cotto.

Another factor working against Cotto is he scars hella easy. Floyd would bust him up.

Cotto's D has always been questionable and he doesn't have 1-punch KO power (and he seems to have started arm punching over his last few fights, which doesn't help).

He is a good fighter, but I just see him getting picked apart.

I wish this was a public poll, although you dont really need it to be, I could name the 8 people that voted for Cotto. And the other 15 or 20 that will vote for him.

I would have picked Cotto pre-Margarito, but now I just think he's been beaten down a bit too much, and he just isn't the same fighter anymore.

His jab could still give Floyd a lot of trouble though.
