in legal parlance, damages refer to the amount of money awarded in a lawsuit. manny, IMO, has an action for exemplary damages. exemplary damages
are damages awarded in a lawsuit when the defendant's willful acts were malicious, violent, oppressive, fraudulent, wanton or grossly reckless. considering the injury on pac's reputation caused by team mayweather's rumor-mongering, team pac has a good case.

 

well, i got an open mind. thanks to college education. and with the events leading to the case, i think team pac has a good cause of action. :hi:

 

do you know what pac needs to prove?

he has to prove that the people he is accusing directly accused him (not implied) of using PED's

he has to prove the same people also know for a fact he is not on PED's (this is impossible).

he also has to prove with the above, that the statements were made specifically to damage him

and as far as damages, there is no proof he has suffered any financial loss due to any of this
