    I blame everyone involved. Most of all Pacquiao with his bull**** excuse making ass. He only loses because of socks, gloves, or "blood weakening".

    Seriously, look it up. Urinalysis can't detect all types of blood doping, and blood doping would probably be very beneficial to a boxer looking for an edge. It took a little longer than a heartbeat, but it looks like you're the one who's ass has just been schooled.

    Any way you slice it up all roads lead to Manny Pacquiao or at least to his camp. I kind of suspect it might be one or two members of his team who are behind his refusal. However they work for him, and he can and should over rule them.

    Even if you honestly beleve that the PED testing was a ploy by Mayweather to avoide the fight. All Pacquiao would have to do is say "yes" and Mayweather would have no choice but to get into the ring with with Pacquiao.
