I have no doubt that slick gangster, Bob Arum, is the driving force behind this frivolous law suit that will go absolutely NOWHERE. Arum is the same ******* who said he was going to sue the California Athletic Commission and "vindicate" Margarito. :rofl

 

It's entirely possible Arum is using this situation and the relevant lawsuit as leverage to remove Golden Boy's percentage ownership of Manny Pacquiao.

 

alright, guess you could be right, even though Arum maintains that Manny's the boss etc. So much bs being thrown around, and it's also interesting that they've chosen sue the Mayweathers and Oscar, bet they could've sued others on the same basis.

a lot of lawyers who have made their opinion known regarding this delicate defamation issue seem to think that Floyd is "up against it" in this lawsuit.

This is a valid lawsuit where GBP and Floyd Mayweather acted negligently throughout this entire quandary. Think about this, guys...would anyone blame team Mayweather for filing suit if the "shoe were on the other foot"?

Of course Pacquiao has a case, especially in USA. But if Arum wants the big money he should concentrate on promoting the fight, b/c this lawsuit will hurt the negotiations at some level; let's see how ugly this gets there could be alot we don't know yet.

 

Hope that this lawsuit will force May to rethink his primadonna ways and will ultimately make the fight possible.
