I wouldn't even bet Monopoly money on a Mayweather loss, but for the sake of it...would Mayweather losing to Matthew Hatton be worst than the Tyson-Douglas shock ?

No, Mayweather stands no chance against Matthew Hatton.
Hatton will rip him up, run him around the ring, and rip his head off with his vicious left hook.
I think Matthew Hatton is probably the most avoided fighter out there, I haven't even heard anyone else calling him out.
Thank god Floyd is so brave.

Would you even be talking about matthew hatton if he wasn't being considered as fraud's next opponent?

Didn't think so. Do you have a mind or original thought of your own?

    Didn't think so.

What kind of odds could we be seeing prior to such a fight ? I think Tyson was over 40-1 in his fight.... Would you put a $20 on M. Hatton just for the hell of it if they'd give out odds, something like 50-1 ?

It would be up there with the biggest sporting upsets in history, not just in boxing.

But there is literally no chance of it happening.

Considering Mayweather is untested against a great welterweight, it wouldn't be as big of an upset as people think. Hatton is an unknown quantity. He might be the real deal.

A lot of people here were most likely little kids, if so and don't have any recollection of the Douglas-Tyson fight except for what they read and / or saw on videos...

The Tyson-Douglas outcome for many to this day was the biggest shock in sports' history.

The biggest upset in boxing history is hearing this match getting made.
I would never be more upset.

I lived through it, it was the biggest news going for a month.
Tyson was the scariest monster ever at the end of the 80's.
