I think Khan beats him, stops him late or most likely takes him the distance. Maidana has a a punchers chance.

If Khan beats Maidana then he puts away all ghosts from the Presscot fight. Maidana is a bigger, stronger, and better version of Presscot.

Yes, also he's been at light welterweight for most of his career so its not like Khans up against some ex superfeather/lightweight as some of his previous opponents.

If Khan beats Maidana then I would actually become a bit of a fan. It would be a big test but it would be possible for him to do it. Maidana can be a bit sloppy and can be outboxed. But Khan wouldn't be able to do his back-pedalling for the whole fight after a couple of arm punches.

khan will always have that 1 round blow out hanging over his head...i parallel it to Terry norris getting starched by Julian Jackson....Khan is gonna win ALOT more than he loses but will get caught again sooner or later....and later could be years from now....

I think the breeze off a missed Maidana power punch could have Khan doing one of those silly dances Ian Dark always refers to. Needless to say, I think Maidana sparks him out.

Nothing quite like booking a place on the bandwagon in advance.

I'm going for Maidana by stoppage.

A big puncher like Ortiz couldn't deter El Chino with his powershots, three knockdowns and the beast kept coming back! So I doubt Khan will be able to do one better and get his respect. Yes he'll be outboxed for the first few rounds, but he'll be relentless enough to catchup with Khan, and begin applying the type of pressure that Khan hasn't tasted since Gomez, and the type we fans still don't know he can handle.

However if Khan overcomes him, then I will be very impressed

IMO, sometimes an early loss is good for a fighter's career. Khan has looked much more fundamentally sound since in the ring.
