When did Pac ever refuse to take a drug test? He has taken 10 before and passed. He compromised and was willing to do 3 blood test for this fight too, in fact 1 straight after the fight in the locker room...thats more than any other fighter has had to submit to in the past. Unless you mean he has refused to allow Floyd to draw blood before the fight rather than during...?
