Pac-Mayweather lawsuit, starts off on wrong foot

    In the brief that was submitted to the courts they stated the following

    Problem is Floyd Jr was never on the show, Hosts and Co-host both said that Jr was never on the show, and the only interveiw they had was with Floyd Sr. Secondly The Boxing Truth isnt on Sirius Radio but its an internet broadcast.

    Lastly the smoking gun of the lawsuits was in the interview Sr said. "Its My belief that he is on something, If it aint that then prove me wrong" Hardly a smoking gun worth a lawsuit. The problem is the words "MY BELIEF" which is stating his opinion and that isnt something that one can be sued for. As I said this Lawsuit is a joke and its going to be a long ride down a short road for Team pac until this thing is thrown out and Pac loses even more ground with the public.

    they are talking about the RA rugged man interview, and yes he did bring up PEDs and philippines having the best version of them.
    When did he bring this up? when he said "pacquaio beat their asses better than you did"

    Also, the host of the radio show asked "is he saying manny is on enhancement drugs?" in the background.

    Oh, they got the wrong people on the court docs...Wow.. that clears it up just fine. I bet you listened to that interview a thousand times. ***** ass mofos cling to each other. All of a sudden RA the rugged ***** is the Don of boxing.. That mother****er is a KNOWN clown for real... :rofl

    Whatever, it doesnt change that Pac's team of over priced lawyers messed up right from the start, by giving erroneous information.

    I know that *******s and Haters like Lance dont understand things like this, but when your involved in a he said she said lawsuit what you say as FACT had better be indeed FACT. This was thier best attempt at putting Floyd into the mix of this Lawsuit.

    I bet you that Floyd Jr and GBP lawyers are laughing thier asses off right now.:rofl

    **** the Lawsuit and make the fight, I know *******s dont want that but everyone eles does.:hey

    Thats why his interview on youtube has so many thousands of hits, and are all like 5 stars. Everyone disagrees and sides with floyd.

    Agreed. But Pacquiao's lawyers are definitely referring to the RA interview. Hopefully he drops the whole thing and they make a **** ton of money and have a great fight.

    You dont have to be an attorney to know when some have ****ed up. Stating something as fact when they are WRONG isnt good. No matter of spin control can fix that.

    NO they are not, that was a direct quote taking from the records. It was right in the brief that was submitted to the courts. Like I said spin it however you like, read the quotes again it was taken from the brief and its doesnt say anything about an RA interview:deal

    I don't give a **** about RA rugged man, but he was definitely right about Floyd.
    I didn't go buy his album because he bashed Floyd. I don't think anyone did. He does have a cool rap on boxing history though.
