If your on trial and the DA walks in the court rooms and says, witness A, B, and C said they saw you bust Lance over the head with a stupid stick, then they say no we didnt, we didnt see that at all. Then the DA says well we didnt mean you we meant Witness E, how do you think that plays out for the judge?? If they cant even get that right, they are in trouble.
