There you go again, falling back on what other people think.

Like I said earlier, this is the same 'general public' who continue to put money into Mundine's pocket paying for the farcical shows he's been putting on these past 3 years...people like you :yep

I'm done "debating boxing" with you, dopey - if I spend any longer interacting with you I'll come away stupid, just like you.

It's the attention you come here for and I had a quiet arvo at work, which is why you got some from me today :yep

Until the next time I have some time to kill, goodbye ya big dopey ****

Calm down? haha , takes a little more than a confused mofo to get me riled. Having actually met BOTH of them (albeit briefly) I can say they are a pair of top blokes ..

I am not a Green fan.

Green lost me (immediately as a supporter) with Fenech in his corner. I tended to feel a bit sorry for Green with that association. Green (with Fenech in his corner) intentionally head bashing Marcus Beyer (2003) - triggered my 'mental opinion stamp' to immediately slam down hard, with its black indellible ink, and it read to me: " an out of control fighter, with a similar style of trainer". I was very embarrassed to be associated with boxing on that night. It took Australian boxing right back to a "caveman" era.

It was great to see the caveman Green very much out-classed and out-witted by the class act of the brilliant boxer Anthony Mundine.

[Boxers and Trainers and Promotors and Officials all need to show exemplary behaviours, and to really be careful of the ways they act "in" and "outside" of the ring... poor behaviour really lowers the sport in the eyes of others. We will never shed ourselves of the public's 'gangster' image of our sport of boxing, if we do not regulate offensive behaviour. Offensive behaviour and unpunished rule breaking continues to darken the sport of boxing. Punishment and fines happens in all other sports, but for some reason, not in boxing. Perhaps if we had a (better) code of behaviour written up by our Officialdom (we probably do not even have a code of behaviour) we might begin to shed the poor images that are associated with our sport.]
