    They made it because they think that 1) that no one has already seen/heard it before. 2) thinking that everyone would come in here and say "Wow, they are guilty Pac is right, sue instead of fight"

Only *******s are happy about his ****, they never wanted to see the fight in the first place, and they are shitting themselves right now hoping that Floyd sticks to his guns in demanding the test, so they can say SEE Floyd is ducking, pac should sue and fight Paulie mags then retire.:hey

    A defense recognized in most jurisdictions is "opinion". If the person makes a statement of opinion as opposed to fact, the statement may not support a cause of action for defamation.     roger never said anything about "illegal"

    floyd never made a direct accusation

    and none of them are in a credible position
