Another question might be the biggest PPV main event mismatch such as Tyson vs. McNeely.

There are way too many tune ups that fall in this category.

Pacquiao-Ledwaba just turned out to be a domination, but Pacquiao wasn't expected to win anyway. Sort of like his bout with De La Hoya.

Gatti was a no-hoper to me against Mayweather. It was amazing to me how many people thought Gatti would win (it was still a low %, but still, WAAYY too high considering the matchup).

To me it would be Gatti-Mayweather that guy beat Gatti all thru the fight, Gatti would always be blood and soul of boxing, the sports greatest warrior may his soul rest in peace.

Adamek vs Gunn. After Enzo Mac's destruction of Gunn which was pretty heinous piece of matchmaking in itself, how the **** did he land a second title shot? And yes I know Gunn was a last minute replacement, but this fight should never have been sanctioned by the IBF for the world title.

Not to excuse Frank Warren for initially making Enzo Mac/Gunn, but at least he had that old 'unknown quantity' excuse to fall back on. Which of course was bs.
And for those of you who unaware of Mr Gunn's past, he was a light middle who after an eleven year absence from the ring, went on an undefeated streak of six against some unremarkable opposition, and was then fed to Enzo Mac. Disgraceful.

The first one that always comes to my mind is Larry Holme/Marvis Frazier. That **** made Pavlik/Lockett look competetive!
