Well mate iwas makin the weight for 5 yrs an in the worlds i was winning my fight an losing 5 or 6 pound a night to make the weight the weight again in the morning an after the worlds it was like i got bigger i was struggling bad b4 the worlds an then i simply outgrew the division i asked to go at weight above to the worlds then they sent me to a tournament in belarus at weight above i believe to get beat but i won gold an best boxer award when i got back they sed they already picked the team an i was chose at 60 an i made the weight an it killed me but then there was no way i was makin it again i think we all knew before the olympics there was no way i could do it.

Frankie have you ever been given a good hiding in sparring? I ask because I've recently started boxing and got my arse kicked in my first sparring session.

bellew is better just needs the experience but i still reckon bellew beats him now, an when i have been unfit i have took a hiding in sparrin like my first week back but when fit dont think so not sure, but never nothing bad cause i never get hit flush that much but obviously when the level steps up u get hit more

yeh but are'nt birmingham unbeaten in like 11 or 12 in a row or somethin like that.they'r like 8th,1 point behind liverpool and about 8 or 9 ahead of everton.btw bellew i think liverpool did yous at goodison aswell.just had to throw that in

 

yh thats the one he beat me up haha i was quite a late developer an he was a like a man haha then when we were gettin older he started gettin beat but as a schoolboy an cadet he was a good fight won a medal at the euro cadets
