Boxing is not just for the exciting fighters. That is kinda lame to choose one guy over the other. A lot of the greatest fighters are not exciting.

Both are contributing to the sport. They have highly contrasting style that seems to be the dividing line for boxing followers. They are two levels above their peers right now. there's rivalry. What's not to like that you would want the other to be gone?

Manny. He's the marquee name as a result of highlight reel wins against Diaz, Oscar, Hatton and Cotto. He comes to fight, he looks for the knock out, he respects his opponents, he puts on a show, he looks for good fights against good opponents (even if I'm not big on the catchweights, but it's not like others don't use that tactic), and he respects his fans.

The purists Love Floyd and rightfully so.

But Pac brings in the casual fans, he's a throwback fighter man and those guys are loved by everybody.

Well just look at how boring the sport was when it was just pac and no floyd....the sport hardly got national coverage on espn and random news networks...

Floyd comes back and boxing is center stage again...

So Floyd is clearly better for the sport..!

And yes pacs fights are more exciting but he isn't
