01. Mayweather stuttering - Dude, Mayweather is a all time great boxer not an orator. 02. Fights that didn't happen - You clowns keep repeating "he did not fight [insert fighter]". OK but the question is WHY not who. This ain't a playground. Just because you go on TV and say "I wanna fight you!" Doesn't mean the fight gets done if your business people are full of crap. We all know ANY fighter will fight ANY fighter if the amount of money is right. (Ali went to Japan and did that crazy match.) 80% of the fights that didn't happen were all fights where the fighters were controlled by Arum, Marg-a-cheat-o and Cotto. Mosely was called out as soon as he made it public he was moving to 147. I figure you *******s know this because you probably love Larry Merchant. The video is right on youtube for the world to see. Judah, Baldo and Margo were considered the best welterweights at the time when PBF became a welterweight. Judah was considered the top dog and the man with the best combination of skill, speed, power out of the 3 to defeat Mayweather. Baldo defeated Judah who was the top dog and then defeated Gatti putting him above Margo. Even if you had Margo above Baldo he still faced 2 of the top 3 welterweights in his first 3 fights at welterweight as well as the best of the 3 at that time. Plus Mosley declined to fight him at welterweight at that time.

Mayweather also moved up to 154 to fight a top 3 middleweight at that time. And is now facing the top WW, future HOF, and ATG.

Cotto wasn't a top welterweight at that time and wasn't even a welterweight as Cotto was still fighting at Jr Welter. And didn't fight his first fight at WW until after PBF defeated Baldo.

So what he retired for almost 2yrs. Margo, Cotto, Williams were all young and would still be there when he came back. Its not Mayweather's fault they were all overrated. Mosley is also still there to be had. We will see what Mayweather does after the Pac fight.

 

If the Pacquiao fight can't be made then Floyd needs to fight Mosley, PW, or Pavlik. There are no other relevent fights...

as for cotto, floyd has said he wants to fight cotto, but bob aurum is just as greedy as floyd so that never came off!!!

dont forget that floyd has agreed to the 147 limit, the fines for if hes over the limit, the 50-50 split, and agreed to the random blood testing too, so what advantage does that give floyd? it seems like its pacquiao making the big issue here! if he trully isnt on HGH, PED's or testosterone injections, what is the problem?
