Pavlik fought a nobody. Williams fought a serious challenger in Martinez and the outcome was very close. The rematch needs to happen before Pavlik gets his pay day.

At the moment Pavlik doesnt deserve a fight with Williams

Pav fights yet another tomato can, and watches Paul in a really tough fight against a legitimate opponent, and now he wants to talk ****....:huh


I like the fact that Pav is thinking of taking on Martinez. He would get embarassed thoroughly, and this would put a little perspective on the tough fight that Paul had. Sergio is too fast for Kelly, and has just enough pop in his punches to stun Kelly. I don't think he has the killer instinct to finish off Kelly, but he has the tools to make KP look really, really bad.


There is a reason why no one wanted to fight a guy who hadn't lost in 10 years (28-0-1)... And instead of getting credit for taking on such an opponent last minute, Pav fans in their hatred want to take shots at Paul because he had a tough fight with him.

 

Williams is busy recovering from a tough fight against a tough and skilled fighter. Meanwhile, Staphlic is recovering from a sudden outbreak of a yeast infection after fighting the likes of Lockett, Rubio and Espino.

 

Both Cotto and Mosley would take turns running a train on Bradley..... Hell Malignaggi might even school Bradleys Guido ass as well.

PW was never the most feared fighter. That was just a name he wanted since the top guys didnt want to fight him and who would blame them. He had not fought anyone and didnt even have a name yet. Now that he has gotten some fame he is doing the same thing to other fighters. Its the cycle of boxing.

As far as the Pavlik fight. I wanna see that so bad so i can see PW go to sleep. I cant believe people think he actually has a chance against Pavlik. Martinez seriously rocked PW and he does not have Pavlik type power. Also MArtinez does not have a high work rate like Pavlik. After this fight PW will probably give MArtinez a rematch since he wont have as many options and then Martinez will finish off his career.

 

Fall of the face of the earth is more like a guy gaining a belt and only defending it against C and D level in 2 1/2 years!

Pavlik has made the MW division look like **** and have made the casual boxing fans forget that it that the MW division even existed! What a "champ":-(
