Prior to 24/7, it was expected. 24/7 got some people believing Marquez would be able to pull off a victory - but even still, most were skeptical.

After Floyd came in over weight, most were certain he'd take it.

Oh, and to answer your question, I think it does regardless of the weight difference. Floyd dominated in a way that had never been done before.

Yes, but only very slightly. Size does matter in fights, but Marquez has good skills none-the-less.

How? The fight was a circus act! Floyd made a LW move up to WW, then reneged on making the contractual weight of 144lbs by coming in at 146. This did absolutely nothing to enhance Floyd's legacy

No, it was expected, not even his own trainer (Nacho) gave him half a chance to win

If Pac-JMM3 happens @ WW, will it also be a circus act?

No, because Floyd was expected to win and he did just that, but limiting Marquez to a 12% connect ratio and thoroughly dominating him has to count for something.

Of course, marquez was p4p number 2, who was willing to come up in weight to challenge underfeated floyd who was the previous p4p number 1 until he retired.

Marquez was clearly OUT BOXED, not out muscled. Size was a factor but was far from being the defining one.

This will be same for pac as well. In boxing there aint one rule for pac and one rule for marquez.

Pac came up in weight and fought Oscar dela hoya at 147, ask yourself if Marquez could have beaten the oscar that was in the ring that night.

Yes, his legacy of taking easy fights has been enhanced a great deal.
