The current Fab 4 are the best to ever do it.

I'd say Minotauro just ahead of Penn and Anderson Silva.

Why couture? The guy has 10 losses and none of them can be blamed on him "fighting out of his weight class" because they are distributed between 2 of them. Also I have him losing to Vera. And here is the contradiction with Couture, you can say that his loss to Nog and "Vera" and Lesnar are due to his age, but people use the same excuse for his early losses being due to him not being fully developed yet. The truth is he lost to Liddel by KO twice and he lost to the 4 best heavyweights he ever fought (Ricco, Barnett, Lesnar, Nog). How is this guy the 2nd best ever.

I don't mean to be hating on the guy, he has tremendous accomplishments but his losses cannot be ignored. 10 times the man stepped in the octogan and was bested. That is the bottom line.
