He fought Wenton in Vegas I think, it was Lloyd he below away over here in the UK. Paul Lloyd was an okay domestic level fighter, not world level, but still, the way Marco pulverized him into submission was a sight too see, and I think it left the British audience speechless. Here you go.

So correct i use to know Armando Muniz top contender from the 70s and I mentioned to him how he would have given Ray a hell of a fight if he was younger, he was very humble and shot that down real quick he said :nono that Ray was just to damn quick and it wouldnt have made much more of a difference.

He was one of the best if we rank purely on ability, but that's not how I do rankings, nor do I believe that's how we should judge fighters throughout history. He had a career, a good one in a weak division, and let's put this win in perspective. Sorjaturong would go on to improve as a fighter and knockout a past prime Chiquita. Good win, and an impressive display by a very impressive fighter. He wasn't the best though, Marco operated at a similar technical level against much better opponents. Marco made 8 defenses of his WBO strap in the space of just over a year. Spellbinding.
