If Pac had a history and the stipulation is that he loses his purse if he tested positive, then people wouldnt have a problem with that. Floyd had a history of coming above weight and truthfully, that is more of a proven advantage than taking any BS Horse Steroids, LED, POVs, EMO's.

Wrong *******. Floyd and JMM agreed on a contract that stated that Floyd could come in at any weight he wanted but for every pound over 144 he'd be penalized. Floyd never agreed to come in at 144, as to the silence from the MAyweather camp about the weight. It was a non-title bout, Floyd decided not to drain himself and came in at 146. The Pac fight is at 147 and for a title. Why would Floyd not come in at 147, a weight he has made easily, and risk losing the title and Pac pulling one of his diva moves and pulling out of the fight. **** we saw how he gets when he gets the wrong gloves, socks or someone wants to draw his blood.

Obviously Manny felt giving blood before the Morales fight made him weak, and he lost that fight, so clearly he is being honest. He doesn't want to be at a disadvantage because he doesn't know why they picked USADA, and he doesn't know if they can be trusted not to take blood out of him while his body is completely dehydrated.
