Can someone please explain to me how doping something only blood could detect for 15-20 days would turn Pacquiao into a relentless killing machine? He offered to take a blood test immediately following the fight.... so if he had a blood doping steroid in his system, it would show up. So if it's not in his system immediately following the fight, it wasn't in his system for the fight. I don't understand why floyd refused this deal.
