The fight is officially off. The reasons are irrelevant

The critics of the media as they were before and after the Marquez did not change. PBF must face an elite fighter, he has run out of excuses. He won't be forgiven for taking a riskless fight. Only 2 names come to my mind: Paul Williams and winner of Berto/Mosley.

Pac could take an easy fight as he had many tough one's over the last years. All the pressure is on PBF.

he doesn't just have to face an elite fighter, he has to demand random blood testing as well. if he doesn't his reputation is going to take a big hit.

Looks like Pac/Foreman at 154lbs. and Void/Malignaggi at 147 agreed with Void coming in at 155 for so.

This clown needs to retire now, let the fans let their feet do the talking & avoid Voids non fights against handpicked opposition. He's taking the **** out of the fans & making a joke of the sport.

    Check this out.

Schaefer, DLH, Haymon agreed to the terms but not Floyd!!!!!!

Scientists even were invited to no avail. Ha, ha, ha... Floyd is doomed.

ARUM SPEAKS TO BOXINGTALK: PACQUIAO-MAYWEATHER DEAD
    By G. Leon

Arum: "Mayweather never wanted the fight"

Moments ago Manny Pacquiao promoter Bob Arum informed Boxingtalk.com that the last ditch effort to save the March 13 mega-fight between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr has failed. "
    This content is protected
Floyd Mayweather never wanted to fight Manny Pacquiao my friend," said Arum who added that "scientists were brought in to explain to Mayweather how protected he was" but Mayweather refused to allow Pacquiao's final test before the fight to take place 24 days before the fight. Pacquiao's defamation suit against the Mayweather's and Golden Boy will move forward, as will the Top Rank-Golden Boy arbitration that will determine whether or not Golden Boy should still be allowed an interest in Manny Pacquiao. (11:50 PM ET)

if the floydie-paulie fight gets made at 147lbs, floydie will surely look invincible. he's got all the advantages plus the fact that paulie has little to no power at 140, how in the world would he be able to carry it at 147?

Seriously i was starting to warm to Floyd but the above comment by LastQuark has just taken away any remaining respect i had for the guy. As a fan of the sport he has a shitload of work to do before i can garner any liking to him again. Im sure im not the only one who feels this way.

I agree PBF is looking like a real coward now.

PBF will announce his next fight, and there will NOT be a chance in hell he will be requesting this BS drug-testing of his next opponent. This will ONLY lead to one conclusion: he wanted a WAY OUT of the Pacquaio fight.

Now PBF fans, please explain to me this one simple question: if blood-testing is NOT requested for PBF's next fight, how do you justify it for wanting it for the Pac fight??? Just cos of a "hunch" from his crack-head father?? Pleeeaaaaseeee..... Now if Floyd were about to fight Mosley, this would all be more justified as Shane has a HISTORY of juicing. That is the difference. Pac has NO HISTORY of juicing PERIOD and has NEVER failed a drug-test. A very simple concept these Floyd nut-huggers fail to grasp.
