You do realize that if the USADA testing was NOT compliant with NSAC requirements, the fight would never get off the ground.

As far as your SAT analogy: if the additional aptitude testing addresses everything that the SAT does, AND the colleges in question acknowledge and accept the testing and have no problem with it, what exactly is YOUR complaint?

Another common sense question. If you are not on anything, you are inline to make 40 million and have a chance to wipe any question marks of PED's out of your system. Why wouldn't you do it??
