You see how defensive he is now.

Just the other day he was solely pointing the finger at Pac, now its both their fault.

I don't see any way you can really blame Manny at all. It was the Mayweathers that caused this situation with the suggestion of doping, plus the ridiculous and unprecedented stipulation for Olympic style blood testing.

Do I think an apology was needed? No - and Manny apparently was willing to concede to a 24 day cut off for the blood testing, so I'm pretty sure the apology was simply a way of clearing the lawsuit.

This is supreme stupidity and arrogance from Floyd.

Just visited another website (LA TIMES maybe?) and they had a poll asking readers their opinion on the current situation. An OVERWHELMING majority (91 percent: 76 Money personally, 15 his team) blame Money for blowing the fight. I agree 100 percent! Why wait for the most important fight of your career, and quite possibly this decade for this sport (some would say sports in general...) to demand such a request- from a man that has never even been remotely linked to cheating no less.

Furthermore, Floyd basically has to request similar testing from his next opponent or he will look like a str8 *****. I didn't think of this angle, I read it from another poster and was like 'riiiiiggghhhhtttt.' To be quite honest, "Money" doesn't have many options either. The fans (especially me!) won't accept a Malignaggi fight, and if it's on PPV look for a buy-rate well under 500k. Personally I think Floyd's little ploy has backfired and either look for him to retire (unlikely due to lingering internet gossip about IRS debts) or negotiations to continue ASAP.

As far as Manny is concerned, he does have options, albeit nowhere as enticing (unless his next opponent goes by the moniker "Sugar"). I understand his position, but must admit the refusal raised my brow a bit. Regardless, Manny has fought several tough opponents in recent years, whereas Floyd has fought none. I hold no ill will and look forward to his next big fight...

Regarding Floyd and his supporters, two words: F*** You. I'm not bitter, or angry. I'm just tired of your weak, lame excuses and unintelligible rants. Boxing fans have argued back and forth regarding Floyd and his accomplishments. Yeah, he had some nice wins back in the day, but since then he has been nothing more than a hype job. "We'z tried to get that fight back in '99," or "Who? Such and such got so many losses, and they beating eachother..." Negro please. Your skirt has been hiked up and your panties exposed. Floyd is so shook, if and when he has a big fight he will choke more than a $20 hooker. Sad, but true.

Say what you will about my post, but I am an ardent, paying boxing fan. I don't like being conned (or even con attempts) and won't buy into it. Floyd Mayweather Jr. is the most skilled boxer I have EVER seen with the tiniest nuts on the face of this planet. Yes, the hustle is nice-getting paid with minimal risk, but don't spew bull**** in my face and expect me to eat it.

All Floyd demanded was completely random testing. He met all of Manny's demands.

A 24 day deadline kinda defeats the purpose of random testing. He gained nothing from the mediator. Why are people surprised he declined the so-called "compromise"?

It's not like Pac is donating blood here. It's just a simple blood test. He's not giving up pints of blood. Testing doesn't require more than a tablespoon of blood. That **** hardly affects you, even if it does, it wouldn't take more than an hour to recuperate at the most. Hell I bet people probably bleed more from a cut than what is required for a blood test.

Will he ask Malignagi or Mat Hatton an Olympic-drug style testing?

    That's the big question man.

I said I couldnt wait to see fraud 1 kick fraud 2s ass, never brought up blame.

I have said in the past that I will boycott both mens future fights & both are a disgrace & both are to blame if the fight got cancelled... even did a thread on it... why dont you check out facts instead of opening your mouth & spewing utter shite.

BOTH had it within their power to give us fans this fight.... neither did the right thing.... that is & should be the bottom line in this matter, suckng fraud no2s dick aint gonna help this situation... letting both know that we are not happy with the efforts of either man might help, I doubt it but its a better way than supporting either of these clowns.

    Floyd Mayweather - 6 titles, 5 divisions, 13 world champions, 3 lineal titles, 3 P4Pers, 5 Hofers, 40-0.

    You -

Loser who thinks that taking a blood test is difficult and Floyd should make a public apology for asking another athlete to take a steroids test and will mostly likely buy Pacquiao vs Yuri Foreman at a catchweight of 152 1/2 pounds so you can gargle on his philipino nuts somemore.

    24 days isn't a compromise. It's not Floyd's fault.
