How about Floyd? He turned down $40mil himself for trying to implement a new rule into the sport. Its not as if Pac flat out refused. Pac was willing to do more than what was required by the NSAC.

 

How about Floyd? He's turned down the biggest payday of his career because he is afraid of losing. He asked a guy who has never failed a drug test to be tested more than any other fighter in the history of the sport, for no reason other reason than Mannys career outshines his own.

 

PBF even said legacy don't pay bills. So what happened? Chickened out?
