That's true to a certain degree. Look at Shane Mosley, a known doper, knowingly or unknowingly took PEDs. He's held in high regard today and most people don't talk of him as a cheater, only his true haters do. The same is true for Roy Jones Jr. If Pac is never found to be on steroids, people will only remember this whole thing as jealous crackhead Floyd Sr.'s weak attempt to discredit Manny for overshadowing his son's accomplishments.
