    By Floyd Mayweather Jr.
"Throughout this whole process I have remained patient, but at this point I am thoroughly disgusted that Pacquiao and his representatives are trying to blame me for the fight not happening when clearly the blame is on them.
"First and foremost, not only do I want to fight Manny Pacquiao, I want to whip his punk ass.

"Before the mediation, my team proposed a 14-day, no blood testing window leading up to the fight. But it was rejected. I am still proposing the 14-day window but he is still unwilling to agree to it, even though this is obviously a fair compromise on my part as I wanted the testing to be up until the fight and he wanted a 30-day cut-off. The truth is he just doesn't want to take the tests.

"In my opinion it is Manny Pacquiao and his team who are denying the people a chance to see the biggest fight ever. I know the people will see through their smokescreens and lies. I am ready to fight and sign the contract. Manny needs to stop making his excuses, step up and fight."

I think so to..I blame a lot of this on Roach and Pac's advisor Michael Koncz...they are constantly in his ear...

we should have expected negotiation trouble...I mean Arum and Floyd hate each other haha

Floyd has been told by scientists and experts that for a drug to be even remotely helpful it needs a cycle of around 40 days. A cut off of 30 or 24 days is more than reasonable, as is being offered by Pacquiao. Asking for 14 days instead is just taking the **** and makes no sense whatsoever as a means of negotiation. Roger Mayweather is the smartest guy and the guy who knows the most about boxing in the whole Mayweather camp and coincidentally the only guy who isn't saying **** right now. He knows boxing and he knows Pac will give Floyd fits.

How come Victor Conte the mastermind behind the whole Balco scandals said that some enhancements can become untraceable within 3 days then?

PAC is a ***** if this is true, i mean 14 days is more then fair, he is just giving a little bit of blood, the same amount you would have to for a physical. I mean if Pac hates losing blood remember his first fight with Morales or his second fight with JMM, he was cit bad in those fights, lost alot of blood, and was still very competitive, so u mean to tell me a blood test 2 weeks before the fight is going to affect him more then the cuts he had in these fights? come on, pac is better then that. *****

Yeah but any steroids or anything would be in his blood at least 30-40 days. Pac's side suggests a test 24 days before the fight and another test immediately after the fight in the dressing room. This should satisfy Mayweather's side because it's full-proof too find ANY traces of steroids, and Pac's because he doesn't want blood taken to close to the fight. So what's the REAL reason Mayweather wants the test to be 14 days before the fight?

I think May's just ****ing with him.

Victor Conte the president of BALCO said there are masking agents that can hide enhancements within 3 days...

    14 days is fair

In this case then what would a test 14 days before the fight prove then?

Think about what you are saying. This is ******ed. 24 days is unreasonable because Victor Conte says masking agents can hide the enhancements within 3 days. And yet 14 days is fair. How? If 14 days is fair and Victor Conte is right, then 24 days is just as fair because neither are gonna catch Pacquiao. This 14 days talk is just further bull**** on top of the already huge pile he has amassed through his career. If he was really worried about the drugs then he would never budge from anything other than 3 days because according to you and your buddy Conte that's the real cut off point.

Good question...I don't have the article anymore and I don't know much about PEDs or HGH to speak on it...I'm sure May's camp feels the closer the testing is to the fight date the more likely no substances will be used..
