the same reason why floyd's hoping for random blood. somehow to duplicate the morales win. there was pacquiao vs. morales part 2 & 3 by the way.

i guess you never had your blood taken before or you would know the feeling. Anyways asking pac to take a test that is not even used in the pro's just shows how scared mayweather is.

He never ask any of his 40 opponents for the same testing and yet he ask pac why? cuz his daddy said pac is on roids:roll:

plzzz all mayweather wanted to do is says i want to fight pac so he can say he never ducked him like he did margarito and other top welterweights.

Same goes to pacquaio...roach said he'd beat floyd and they claimed to want this fight so much...now they are claiming pacquiao will be weakened by giving blood 14 days prior to the fight...BULL****

I will show you 20-40 million reasons if Team Pac will get their stories straight.

Manny is a practitioner of a craft. Just like a lawyer(L), doctor(Dr), or engineer(E). He has the chance to take part in the GREATEST event ever in his field of expertise.

This would be like Johnny Cochran calling you asking you to work with him on a case. Like the surgery of a lifetime in your field. Building the greatest building ever to exist on the planet. Then the other practitioners say, "Show us his credentials!" No practitioner would say no.

    Manny balks? BS!!!

Floyd needs to do his talking inside the ring.

Do you not realize that Pacquiao gave blood against Ricky Hatton...all fighters have to give blood to detect blood related diseases!!!!!!!!!!

Void demands that Pac do something that no boxer in boxing history has ever done, which show fear, lots of fear. Void does not want the fight. Void runs him mouth outside the ring. Void refused to fight Cotto, but Pac beat him, so now Void so afraid.

I have said before mayweather was wrong for moving the goal post to begin with, but the easiest way to clear your name, more so, then a libel suit in court, is just do the test....and be done with it....

I can only speak for myself about blood testing effects...I have a condition where my bone marrow naturally makes to many red blood cells, I get my blood drawn 3 times a year, and they take out 2 of those small cylinders of blood....and it has never weakened me...my condition is not life threatning, but is monitored by my hematologist.....I can tell you it has never weakened me....

I'm sorry, I'm not sure I follow this logic. I think this situation would be more akin to Cochran calling me and asking me to work on a case with him because I had done so incredibly well over the last few years, and then demanding that I prove to him that I never held a judge's children ransom to win a case.

    a) if you want to work with me then you want to work with me, if you want to make me jump through hoops for you you can take a walk: remember, I have been doing incredibly well myself thank you; and

    b) where the hell did that come from? I can't just be good? You have to defame my character and essentially taint my entire career?

... but is there such a thing that Pacquiao can take in three weeks that wont be detected by urine and gone from his blood after the fight that will transform him into a superman?

I agree that taking blood more than likely does not weaken you. And you are in a good position to verify this. But then what if just one random time you felt like it did weaken you? And all the doctors and all your friends say this is impossible, but hey, you know what you know, right? You felt weaker? Then wouldn't you be reticent about scheduling a fight shortly after you had to have blood taken in the future? Wouldn't you be reticent about scheduling the biggest fight of your career and one that because of these accusations now will dictate how you are remembered for all time? Surely you have to admit you wouldn't like the idea of it.

Plus boxing is largely mental. Even a sliver of doubt, that lingering memory of how you felt weaker that one time could be the difference.

You are right, I can't give you the names. Arum said that this happened, as did Koncz and in all of the Mayweather camp statements today no one has denied it. This could be bull****, and so I will concede that to you. But I don't think it changes that argument that 24 days to 14 days makes no difference whatsoever.

I understand ur argument...but they claimed the blood drawn for the Morales fight weakened him (the first fight which he lost) they never said anything about being weakened from blood drawn from the Hatton fight!!

I don't buy into this weakening bull, I have seen Pac very competitive and STRONG while fighting with huge cuts and while losing more blood than any professionally administered blood test would take.
