It isn't a rule, it was a demand in the contract. Pacquiao has made demands as well.

    Void is afraid, very afraid.

By they way, there seems to be nothing to post about lately except Void and his chicken blood.

pacquiaos circumstance is different to you and mine.
point is that he's training very intensely for a megafight,
a day off or bad day can affect other days, I know this since I trained for lifting competitions, a bad session in a gym can lead to other bad sessions unless one makes the appropriate physical and mental adjustments.

and pacquiao has been affected before and attributed his lost (to morales) for it. whether it really affected him physically doesnt matter .. since he really thinks it affected him.

he dont know too much about boxing...he talks about "void" more than anything..he never gives any facts about anything and he ignores posts where his argument is exposed with holes in it

Did you see the video interview way bac in 2005 where he explained his belief about this topic?... way before Floyd was even thought of as an opponent.

So, Void refuses to fight a drug addict? If so, Void should have a very easy fight. If Pac is such a proven drug addict, then this will be the easiest fight of Void's entire career. If Pac has taken so many drugs, then how is he still living? I have read that Pac is such a proven drug addict, and that Philippines is biggest drug producer in the world?! However, I still can't find all this proof. Where is it? Will Void fans please post all this proof here now? Why isn't Pac in prison? These are very serious allegations. Should Pac be in prison for all the drugs? Why hasn't Pac been arrested? All this that I am reading makes me wonder if such a drug addict should be allowed in public?!

Funny thing is...steroids or not, I think Floyd beats Manny easily.

Hatton can't be compared to Mayweather. Pacquiao could have donated a kidney after breakfast and still knocked out Hatton by lunch.
