Pac is to blame. I thought may at first but pac's reactions have been suspect and everyone knows his promoter is suspect. Floyd said he issued a 14 day comprimise instead of testing up until the fight. Pac's people rejected that too and you can't hide behind superstition with a 14 day window. 40 mill is on the line and you can't give blood 14 days up until the fight? First you said your superstitious stuff about 1 or 2 days before the fight and now floyd goes back to stopping blood test 14 days till the fight and you reject it still. I have no choice but to blame pac.

While it is difficult to tell what another man is thinking, my guess is that Pac feels slighted and he doesn't want to let Maywhether dictate the terms of this fight. And although this may seem childish to some, he doe have a valid point. Manny is now a legitimate superstar, so why should he let Floyd get away with making unusual demands. I'm not saying they're unreasonable, but they are unusual...and they are clearly designed to harm Pac's reputation. Although I have not been following this debate closely, it seems to me that Pac is in a precarious position. If he accepts these tests, then he is kow towing to another fighter and it really won't do anything to eliminate the doubt that some people have about him. On the other hand, if he does not accept the tests he will scuttle the biggest fight in more than a decade. As with most things, neither side is 100 percent right or 100 percent wrong.
It's good to see the poll is against pac now. Pac has always been a fighter who wants to please his fans. If he can see now that all of the fans are against him, maybe he'll succumb to the 14 day window, as he should.
Mayweather agreed to his outrageous fine but Pacquiao can't agree to 14 days before the fight cut off limit for blood testing, even though his 'master' said Pacquiao only needs 5. Pacquiao is more at fault than Mayweather, though I expect ******* flood voting to change the outcome of the vote.

I totally disagree. If Pac is subjected to random testing not scheduled testing this would clear him 100% because it would prove the ones who think he is on PED'S wrong.
Based on their track records, wouldn't you have to eventually say that it's PBF's fault and his team?
People say Floyd is arrogant, if he is willing to flush $40 million down the drain over perceived kowtowing then he has a much, much, larger ego than Mayweather.
Mayweather is to blame. Pacman never had trouble signing fights before this fight. That is good evidence right there that Mayweather is the cause of the problem. Pacman is a professional.
