i would vote for shane.

-when he was young, was just as talented as roy jones and floyd
-as he got older, he managed to still compete with the young lions. he is a better inside fighter than floyd which compensated for his deteriorating skills
-tougher competition


floyd is the better technician and probably has more pure skill than shane, but we will never truly know how great he is.

 

but to add, bc experts are taken by floyds excetptional boxing skills i wont be surprised if consensus will have floyd ranked higher as an all time great.
