Mosley didnt unify at 154. He won Oscars belts. A fight many think he lost.

Do you understand the meaning of unify?

Winky wright unified when he beat Mosley. Mosley didnt unify when he beat Oscar. Oscar already had the 2 belts.

mosley-solid lightweight title reign, win over PRIME oscar, 4 defense of welter title over good opposition, loses to forrest x 2, beats oscar again, loses to winky x 2, beat the **** out of a bunch of decent welters and an even decenter welter in collazo, then has a borderline draw with cotto, knocks out vargas x 2, knocks out mayorga, then destroys number 1 welter margo

mayweather-AMAZING pre 140 resume including hernandez, castillo x 2, castillo, chavez augustus, manfredy, and a number of others. at 140 he beat gatti (rip), moved to 147 beat sharmba mitchell, brussles, judah and baldomir, then took on hatton and marquez

their resumes are equal EXCEPT for mosley taking on (and winning many) more dangerous fights.

mosley-prime oscar x 2, prime forrest x 2, prime wright x 2, prime cotto, prime collazo, prime margo

mayweather-prime hernandez, prime castillo x 2, prime corrales...prime...prime...prime...**** ok. mosley wins

Just to make money and beat a prime DLH. That's a very big thing.

DLH unified, and Mosley beat DLH (however we feel about the win). That means Shane became "the" man.

Clearly Mayweather. More title fights, more title wins, more big fights, more big wins, more wins over good fighters, more divisions, more titles, more championships, longer reign as p4p #1, fewer losses.

Mosley is a great fighter in his own right and I personally like him a lot. I havent seen the results of the poll, but Mosley will win based on likeability alone, not facts and figures.
