Name the fight you think has displayed the greatest level of technical ability from both boxers.

My pick would be McCallum vs Toney.

    Edit: Changed the title!

Floyd vs JMM. Even though it was one sided, that was 2 elite technical boxers at work.

JMM didn't show a huge amount of skill in the fight, he was clearly outclassed, hence you admitting it was one sided!

I meant high level of skill from both fighters, which would imply the fight to be relatively close.

    Inside fighting is so underappreciated.

Hopkins-De La Hoya was a good one from this perspective.

Nah, too one sided. I was looking for close fights, with both fighters impressing!

    No doubt.

It would be hard for me to mention a performance as technically excellent if there flat out was none. But that is maybe a little unfair, because sometimes you don't need to do it. Sometimes not doing it is a could be considered a great achievement.

Also, I'd say technical ability and skill are two different things.
