  1. I was being facetious. I dont really think either of them are ducking. Just both stubborn. But whatever. Floyd rulez. Hug on.

I've read the examiner article too and something I picked up is nowhere does it state that it is only allowed in Nevada.

I tried googling for Xylocaine being banned in 49 states but only Pacland forum posts came up. Does anyone have definitive proof that the stuff is only legal in Nevada?

Mayweather's camp have said all of his fights in future will involve random blood tests.

Ellerbe said the drug-testing procedure will be a part of every fight Mayweather is involved in for the rest of his career.
That will likely make it impossible to resurrect talks for a fight with Pacquiao in the fall. Koncz said Pacquiao made several major concessions, such as agreeing for the fight to be called “Mayweather-Pacquiao” in the U.S. instead of the other way around, that he won’t make if negotiations are reopened for a fight later in the year.

With 5 KO's since 2001, if he is using this to "enhance" performance or "numb" pains in his hands to hit harder, its clearly not working.

Hey man I am just looking at the facts.

I have not heard one cogent argument why this fight wasn't made from Team Pac. They have been all over the place. They even came out of the mediation lying, being corrected, saying a 14 day testing cut off wasn't offered, then saying that a 14 day cut off was offered. Huh? Then why isn't the fight signed?

I would doubt FMJ just the same if he pulled this same crap. I will be right there on him if he doesn't fight the winner of Berto/Mosely without good reason.

Yeah Manny really gave up a lot... Letting his name be second... Wow. :patsch

I don't really see these guys ever fighting. It is obvious Manny does not want to fight. Everything Arum said would stop the fight was eliminated as FMJ agreed. Then blood testing was fine, not fine, fear of needles, against superstition, 14 days never mentioned, then it was mentioned... blah, blah, blah... Manny just doesn't want any.

doesnt say its only allowed in Nevada.

  11. blaming Pacquiao for rejecting 14 days is no more reasonable than blaming Floyd for rejecting 30 days. You draw the line where you choose. And PAC's team are liars, but so are Mayweather's and so is Floyd, even if not on this occasion.

I used to blame Mayweather, but after hearing about this Pacquiao certainly appears to be the unreasonable one. There is no way a blood test 14 days before the fight could affect his performance in anyway. Therefore, one must ask what does Manny have to hide? Why is this such a sticking point for him? Is he really on roids? I'm beginning to wonder.

I never had cookies when i had a blood test, i feel cheated. Giving blood is a weakening experience, having a blood test isnt. I didnt even notice it , but i wasnt in training then.

That is crap. Every single expert, doping and anti-doping, that weighed in said 30 days and non random testing is a joke and urine isn't enough. Hell they even said 14 days was a joke, but FMJ met Team Pac halfway.

This was even after Team Pac was caught lying giving blood on 24/7 and had to cave from 30 to 24 so the REAL halfway point would be 12 days. Even after all of the concessions by Team Mayweather, Arum comes out of mediation lying sayin there wasn't then was a 14 day cut off. If their was then make the damn fight!!!!

This is all a matter of public record, but it seems everyone seems to act as though these facts, expert opinions, and contridictions from Team Pac don't exist. Man up and call it like it is!

The funny thing about this article is that it claims that Floyd was afraid to fight in Dallas because he cant use blah blah whatever this pain killer is called. Yet he also claims that Floyd has used it since 2002, which is why he only fights in Nevada. Did this guy forget that Floyd has fought outside of Nevada 6 times since 2002? Infact, from 2003 to 2005, Mayweather did fight a single bout in Nevada. This article is funny ass hell. :rofl
