We've already seen that fight fall apart though. I have little faith in the people in charge to get those guys matched up again.

 

I wish this happened. Margarito, I mean.

 

Probably a tough but outmatched and outskilled journeyman type on the cheap. I'm going to take a stab in the dark and say Lovemore N'dou.

 

We all know Bob Arum stands by his cheaters.

 

Arum is a piece of **** for making this fight when GBP and Mayweather were eiwlling to compromise this weekend. Arum doesn't have confidence in Manny winning or he suspects/ knows Manny is on something

Obviously Arum is going to protect his fighters. I think he's gone way too far with Manny though. It's one thing to protect your cash cow but it's another to potentially kill the legitimacy of your sport because the cash cow eventually gets put out to pasture.

Margo Vs Pacman would be a fairly easy win for pacman. Pacman would have a much harder time against Clottey.

Pacman VS margo would involve pacman being the sharper, quicker fighter darting in and out all night dropping combinations on flat footed margo.

 

And he's NOT going to do that against Clottey?

This doesn't even begin to look at the fact that Clottey is a notoriously bad finisher with questionable cardio/stamina and Pac gets stronger as the fight goes along.

 

I don't think they wanted mayweather so early, they were looking for the fight to take place in the fall all the time. Roach wanted it in the fall, Arum has mentioned getting this fight on in the fall.

I hope this blows up in Arum's face.

Yeah he will, but i think he'll have a tougher time with Clottey due to his turtle like defense than he will with Margo who defends with his face.
